Bhd. was incorporated in 1994.  The company is specialised in the field of Information Communication Technology (ICT.), Industrial Route Equipment ( such as CCTV, Door Access, Public Address Systems etc.. ) and Office Automation (O.A) Equipment.  The company has  its corporate headquarter in Petaling Jaya, and has been expanded it's business activities throughout the branch in Johor, Kuala Lumpur and Kajang.

Transync Telecommunications Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is an authorised Panasonic Business Partner  for Panasonic Document and Imaging, Communication and Security products since 1994.

The company is registered with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (P.K.K.) and Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia and have the experience in undertaking medium and large scale projects both from Government and private sectors.
